MacKellar secures new contract at Aeris Resources’ Constellation Project

Company News & Announcements | Sep 04, 2026

MacKellar Group is proud to continue our partnership with Aeris Resources with the commencement of a new contract at the Constellation project, marking the next chapter in our work supporting the Tritton operation in regional NSW.

The new contract builds on MacKellar’s established relationship with Aeris Resources, following our work at the Murrawombie project. The opportunity to continue working with Aeris at Constellation reflects the strong partnership developed between the two organisations and the confidence placed in MacKellar’s people, equipment and operational capability.

The commencement of work at Constellation marks an important milestone for the project, with MacKellar contributing to the next stage of its development through our mining and equipment capabilities.

Projects like Constellation are important not only for the resources sector, but also for the regional communities that support and benefit from mining activity. Continued investment and employment in regional areas can contribute to local businesses, services and opportunities, helping strengthen the communities in which mining operations are located.

Copper also plays an increasingly important role in the global economy. As a highly conductive and versatile material, copper is used across electrical infrastructure, renewable energy systems, construction, communications and many of the technologies supporting the transition towards a more electrified economy.

For MacKellar, supporting projects such as Constellation is an opportunity to contribute to this broader industry while continuing to deliver value for our clients and the communities in which we operate.

We thank Aeris Resources for the continued partnership and for the opportunity to be part of the Constellation project. We look forward to working alongside the Aeris team as the project progresses and to supporting its safe and successful development.
