At MacKellar, we believe in the immense power of sports to transform lives and bring communities together!
As the number 1 participation sport on the Sunshine Coast, Football is undeniably a much loved sport on the Coast and throughout Australia, offering much more than just physical challenges; it fosters mental resilience and a strong sense of community.
It also provides a platform for people of all ages to come together, learn valuable life skills and develop their passion for the game.
As a sponsor of the Wanderers Football Club on the Sunshine Coast we are delighted to share and support the journey of this wonderful Club.
The Wanderers Football Club has been at the forefront of creating footballing opportunities for the local Sunshine Coast community, boasting an impressive membership of over 1000 individuals.
Our partnership with the them is deeply rooted in our commitment to nurturing young talent.
Our goal as a sponsor of any community program or event is to provide pathways for kids into their adult lives, and that’s what this sponsorship is all about.
We stand behind the entire Club from the youngest Mini Roos to the skilled senior National Premier League Senior Men’s & Women’s Teams.
The Football Club has been actively involved in promoting indigenous football and creating a pathway for talented indigenous players. This serves as a catalyst for change and inclusion, and we are proud to be associated with such a forward-thinking Club.
As a business we are also particularly passionate about empowering women and girls in sports, and the Wanderers Club shares this vision wholeheartedly.
The girls’ team winning last year’s National Championship was a huge moment for the Wanderers and we are excited to see how the Club continues to inspire and support girls and women to pursue their sporting dreams.
As a nonprofit organization, the Wanderers Football Club relies on the support of sponsors like MacKellar to continue making a positive impact in the community.
Our sponsorship directly contributes to providing top-notch programs, equipment, and coaching that help these young athletes thrive on and off the field.
But MacKellar’s commitment to supporting the Wanderers goes beyond financial contributions – it is about making a real difference in the lives of these talented individuals.
We are proud to see our sponsorship money being invested in better coaching and supporting the dedicated people who make this football community thrive.
Without a doubt, the success of the Wanderers Football Club and its ability to provide these incredible opportunities will continue with the collective support of sponsors like us.
We cherish the role we play in helping the Club achieve its goals and create a positive impact on the lives of youngsters across the Sunshine Coast.
We, at MacKellar, are truly humbled to be a part of this journey, and we look forward to witnessing more victories, both on and off the field.
Together, we are building a stronger, more inclusive football community that will continue to shine brightly for years to come.
Stay tuned for more updates on the Wanderers Football Club’s incredible achievements and the impact of our sponsorship on our MacKellar website.
